Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations to the Marpu Foundation are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Foundation in exceptional circumstances.

2. Events

For events cancelled by us, full refunds will be issued. 

3. Memberships

Memberships are non-refundable. Cancellation can be processed any time by contacting our support team.

4. Merchandise

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund if in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
